When Tesla opened the Giga Factory in Austin Texas they threw a giga party. I was brought in to help finish out the development of a unique project that made use of Unreal Engine and realtime motion capture.
My role on the project was ensuring that tracking from the suit made it into UE correctly and with minimal latency. I also created many integrations between Unreal and Touchdesigner to allow for camera controls and realtime adjustments to the scene. Making a jammable interface that we could play with and dynamically control while Hal performed.
